Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must first be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed against a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each member may use a bonus offer only once.
• A bonus may only be used in your own account — sharing or selling it is prohibited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings from it will be deducted.
• If a bonus offer has specific conditions, these will be stated in the description of that offer.

5.3 Limitations on Promotional Offers

melbet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If manipulation or unusual betting patterns are detected in connection with a promotion, the related bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless melbet itself decides to make a correction due to a technical error. In disputes regarding incomplete bets or quotations, melbet's decision is final.

6.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, melbet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets or recalculate them at the correct odds. The member will be informed of this.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet may be pushed (refunded) or cancelled in accordance with melbet's standard rules. For cricket matches, if play is stopped due to rain or any other reason, DLS rules may apply.

6.4 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, where multiple selections are placed together, the total odds are determined by multiplying the odds of each selection. If even one selection loses, the entire multi bet is lost. For example, if 3 selections have decimal odds of 1.50, 1.70, and 1.90, the total odds come to 4.84 (approximately), so a ৳100 bet returns ৳484 — but all three must win.

6.5 Suspicious Betting Behaviour

Match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of bots, or any other dishonest method of betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended and winnings forfeited.

Responsible Conduct

melbet believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. All members are encouraged to play responsibly and within their means.

8.2 Account Closure by a Member
